Barrie’s new valve

Barrie had his aortic valve replacement operation this morning early and I am pleased to report that the operation went well.
When I spoke to intensive care at lunch time, he had just arrived from the theater and was still asleep. They were due to wake him up this afternoon.
I shall call at 9pm tonight and tomorrow I am going to Paris to visit Barrie.
So more news tomorrow…..
