RAC Pool

I have managed to start swimming again in the RAC pool, I am very slow after the surgery and the zip down the sternum is still sore but I managed 12 lengths this morning which took best part of 30 minutes. I will improve fast if I can keep swimming. Bless the BRDC for giving me access to the RAC pool.
